“Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere inthe State of Georgia, and in other states.”

Nineteen people indicted, including Trump, Rudy, Mark Meadows, Sidney Powell, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Ellis (that’s Dr. Jenna to you). Trump’s lawyers are going to need lawyers. 🤣🤣

30 unindicted co-conspirators. Which likely means 30 people flipped and are now witnesses for the prosecution. What’s interesting is some of the names that are NOT on the list.

Under Georgia law, bail can only be granted if the defendant can affirmatively prove that there is no risk of intimidating witnesses, or otherwise obstructing the administration of justice. Trump will have to prove to the judge that he poses no risk of doing either of those things, when there is a clear and obvious paper trail that both of those things are his stock in trade.
