Risk is hard to quantify, but ProPublica (a nonprofit newsroom that investigates abuses of power) has taken a stab at it in this interactive guide. They establish risk by answering three questions:
- Which of our rights have been questioned the most by Supreme Court justices?
- How many bills have been introduced by Congress related to these rights?
- What federal course cases are challenging these rights?
